Booking Conditions
Please find below all the details regarding your future stay to ensure a peaceful and worry-free holiday.
Booking & Cancellation Policies
Booking Conditions:
- Upon receiving your request, an estimate with booking details will be sent via email.
- Your booking is confirmed once we receive the signed agreement and a 30% deposit via bank transfer (details provided with the estimate). You may also choose to prepay the full amount.
- The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer no later than 15 days before your arrival.
- A minimum of 3 nights is required. Stays shorter than 3 nights are accepted based on availability, with the value of 3 nights being charged.
Security deposit:
- A security deposit of €1000 is required upon arrival. It will be refunded 7 days after the stay, subject to no damages.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
- For cancellations 15 days before arrival, 50% of the stay will be retained.
- For cancellations 7 days before arrival or in case of a no-show, the total stay amount will be due.
Mandatory Fees*:
* Linen and end-of-stay cleaning: €90.
* Tourist tax: €1,50/day/adult.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance for any justified cancellation reasons.

We are delighted to share our apartment with you and are confident you will take great care of it during your stay.
• Property management is handled by our concierge service (contact details provided upon confirmation).
• Check-in: from 2:00 PM (please provide your arrival time for a personalized welcome).
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
• Maximum occupancy: 4 people.
• Children welcome - baby cot available on request.
• Non-smoking apartment.
• Please respect the neighborhood's peace and quiet
> No noise between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
> Parties and events are not permitted.
> Pets are not allowed.
